If you are not fully satisfied after the first tutoring session (1 hour), then I will provide a full refund for the course.

If you cannot make a session, please notify me 24 hours in advance. As long as you give me 24 hours notice, I will credit your missed session towards the next course. For missed lessons, or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the lesson will be charged in full, except in extenuating circumstances. If something does come up please inform me, and we can try to work it out. 

For the first session, payment will be due 1 day prior to the tutoring session.
